Orders are shipped with UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. Cottonridge Outdoors offers free shipping on eligible orders over $60. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hello@cottonridgeoutdoors.com. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless the issue is a damaged or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was on our end. Final approval for returns or exchanges depends on item condition.

Custom or limited items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

Product Care

Please follow the care instructions for each product. For apparel, we recommend washing inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle and drying on low heat or hanging to dry. Do not use fabric softeners, bleach, or high heat, and do not iron directly over printed designs.

Cottonridge Outdoors is not responsible for replacing items that shrink, fade, or become damaged due to improper care, including high-heat washing, high-heat drying, fabric softeners, bleach, or ironing over printed designs.
